Alright, alright maybe he didn’t actually come out and say that, but that’s what he meant.
This is what he really said about condom usage “Aids, is a tragedy that cannot be overcome by money alone, and that cannot be overcome through the distribution of condoms, which even aggravates the problems.” Although the quote seems to be open for debate as to whether it was an accurate translation of the Pope’s speech.
